Salsa

You know what is cooler than canning your own salsa? Canning your own salsa using tomatoes, jalapenos, and bell peppers from your garden.

Looks great. You should come up to Minneapolis, and we can trade salsas! We canned a bunch of salsa using the green zebra tomatoes we managed to coax out of our garden plot.

Yum! I've made my own fresh salsa (no cooking) - I'm too chicken to try cooked & canned salsa. Maybe some day?
