This week I made Vienna bread. It was a good bread for sandwiches, but overall it was unremarkable.

I worry I'm getting to the point where a bread has to be truly outstanding for me to get excited about it. Or maybe I'm just too tired to come up with a good way to describe this bread.

I can't believe you have made 41 different breads! I mean I know you have done it but it still amazes me! I can understand not being blown away by everything you make....nip e to see you have found some favorites!
